(NYSE:TOL), the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, will announce its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2009 preliminary results for home building revenues, contracts and backlog after the market closes today, Tuesday, November 10, 2009. This announcement, which was originally scheduled to be released before the market opens on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, is being released today due to the closure of the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 11, 2009 in observance of Veteran's Day.
