  • Douglas C. Yearley, Jr.

    Doug Yearley joined Toll Brothers in 1990 and has held various management positions over the past 30+ years. He initially specialized in land acquisitions and project management, learning the home building business from the ground up. He then helped oversee the Company’s substantial growth through new market expansion and builder acquisitions. He has been an officer of the Company since 1994, holding the position of Vice President from January 1994 until January 2002, Senior Vice President from January 2002 until November 2005, and Regional President from November 2005 until November 2009, when he managed home building operations in nine markets throughout the country, oversaw the creation of the Toll Brothers City Living division, and managed the Marketing department. In November 2009, Doug was promoted to Executive Vice President, and then to Chief Executive Officer in June 2010, at which time he also became a member of the Board of Directors. In October 2018, Doug was elected to succeed Toll Brothers founder Bob Toll as Chairman of the Board.

    In 2024, Doug was named one of 25 Top CEOs by Barron’s magazine in recognition of his strategic leadership that has positioned the Company for continued success.

    Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Business Management and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School.

     
  • Martin P. Connor

    Marty has been CFO of Toll Brothers since 2010, and has direct responsibility for the Accounting, Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Mortgage, Title and Information Technology departments.  Toll Brothers has raised over $40 billion under his leadership across the capital markets, including equity, equity-linked debt, senior debt, revolving credit facilities, term loans and project-specific financing for condominium, apartment and land development joint ventures.  He led the financial team during the diligence, acquisition and integration of nine homebuilders. Marty has announced his retirement from the Chief Financial Officer role effective October 31, 2025. Following retirement, he will serve has a senior advisor for one year.

    Prior to joining Toll, Marty spent more than 20 years at Ernst & Young as an Audit and Advisory Business Services Partner.  Marty was responsible for the Real Estate Practice in the Philadelphia marketplace and served as the audit partner for Toll Brothers for seven years.  Marty’s clients at Ernst & Young included public REITs, public Insurance and Reinsurance Companies and public specialty finance companies.  His clients raised in excess of $5 billion in capital including three initial public offerings.

    After Ernst & Young, Marty served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations for a $4 billion diversified commercial real estate development company in the Mid-Atlantic region from 2006 to 2008.

    Marty is on the Board of Univest Financial Corporation and the Board of Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS).  He is interim Chair of the Board of Trustees of his high school, Holy Ghost Prep and serves on the Economic and Community Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.  He is also a frequent speaker at colleges and universities and a recipient of the Homebuilding CFO of the Year award from Institutional Investor magazine. 

    Marty is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, a Certified Public Accountant, and with his wife Regina a proud parent of four grown children. 

  • Robert Parahus
    President and Chief Operating Officer

    Rob Parahus serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Toll Brothers. In this role, he oversees the Company’s national home building operations in 24 states and the District of Columbia.
     
    Rob began his career in the home building industry in 1986, when he joined Toll Brothers out of college as a Project Manager Trainee in New Jersey. His responsibilities grew quickly along with the Company. In 1992 and 1993, he led the Company’s expansion into Connecticut and New York, respectively. He was appointed Regional President in 2006, a position in which he managed home building operations for the New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida markets. In addition, he oversaw Toll Integrated Systems, the Company’s building component manufacturing operations, with six plants stretching from Central Florida up to Massachusetts. In 2019, Rob was promoted to the role of Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer, with overall responsibility for the Company’s eastern region, and in 2021 he was promoted to his current position as President and Chief Operating Officer.
     
    Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors of HomeAid, a national nonprofit developer of housing for those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Rob has also supported a variety of charitable organizations during his career including Seeds of Peace, the American Cancer Society, and the Posse Foundation.
     
    Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

  • Kellie Hall
    Chief Human Resources Officer

    Kellie Hall began her Human Resources career with Toll Brothers in 1997. She worked in a variety of roles within the HR organization before being promoted to Vice President in 2013.

    During her tenure, Kellie led teams in Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Development and most recently Talent Management. Throughout her career, Kellie played a key role in mergers & acquisitions, system implementations, change management, and leadership development initiatives. In 2021, she was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. 

    Kellie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. She is an active member of her local community, and along with her husband Parker and their three children, lead an annual fundraising effort that benefits local families in need. 

  • Timothy Hoban
    Senior Vice President and General Counsel

    Tim Hoban began his career with Toll Brothers in 2005 as Regional Counsel in California. Tim moved to Pennsylvania in 2011 to assume a leadership role in the Toll Brothers Legal Department as the Chief Litigation Counsel. In 2020, Tim was appointed General Counsel. In this role, Tim oversees Toll Brothers’ legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. 

    Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Tim practiced in the corporate and commercial litigation groups at Sidley & Austin and Allen Matkins in Southern California, and he served as a law clerk in the United States District Court in Los Angeles. 

    Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law in San Francisco where he graduated magna cum laude.

  • Wendy Marlett
    Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

    Wendy Marlett joined us in June 2019 as a Senior Vice President. She was appointed our Chief Marketing Officer on November 1, 2019 and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in December 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the Company's Marketing, Sales, Design Studio and Customer Experience Departments. 

    Prior to joining Toll Brothers, she was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications at CalAtlantic and its predecessor, Standard Pacific, from 2010 to 2018, and prior to that served in a similar role at KB Home from 1995 to 2010.

    Wendy received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles and the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles.

  • Karl Mistry

    Karl Mistry  began his career at Toll Brothers in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Dallas division.  In 2010, he moved to Houston to establish and grow the Company’s footprint there and was named Division President two years later. He was promoted to Group President, relocating to and overseeing operations in Virginia and Maryland in 2016. In 2019, Karl was named Regional President of the Mid-Atlantic region, where he oversaw the Company’s expansion into Atlanta and Nashville with the acquisitions of Sharp Homes and Thrive Residential.

    In his role as Executive Vice President, Karl manages homebuilding operations in the East, including in MassachusettsConnecticutNew YorkNew JerseyPennsylvaniaDelawareMarylandVirginiaNorth CarolinaSouth CarolinaTennesseeGeorgiaFloridaTexas, Michigan and Indiana.

    Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Professional Studies, Real Estate Finance & Development from Cornell University.

  • Seth J. Ring

    Seth Ring began his career at Toll Brothers in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Southern California division, taking on numerous roles with increasing responsibilities over the years. Seth was promoted to Division President of Southern California in 2014. He played a key role in the $1.6 billion acquisition and integration of California-based Shapell Homes, the largest acquisition in Toll Brothers’ history. He was named Group President overseeing operations across Northern and Southern California in 2016, and Regional President of the Pacific region in 2019.

    In his role as Executive Vice President, Seth manages homebuilding operations in the West, including WashingtonOregonCaliforniaIdahoNevadaArizonaUtah and Colorado.

    Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Affairs with a focus on Architecture from Stanford University.

  • Gregg Ziegler
    Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Treasurer

    Gregg began his career at Toll Brothers in 2002 as an Assistant Finance Director within the Finance and Investor Relations department. He held various roles of increasing responsibilities before being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2010 and to the position of Treasurer in 2013. In May 2024, Gregg assumed additional responsibilities as head of the Investor Relations department. In his current role, Gregg leads the teams responsible for investor relations, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, land financing activities and financial planning and analysis. Gregg has been promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2025 following current CFO Marty Connor’s retirement.

    Prior to joining the Company, Gregg was a principal at Katalyst, a venture capital and private equity firm.  From 1997 to 2000, Gregg was an associate with Berwind Corporation, a family-owned investment management company.  For the two years prior to that, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
